How does it work?

Step 1 - Your own App

Upon sign up you will receive an activation email for your Go Train Fitness App. Download it from the App Store, set your login details, update measurements/progress pics and get setup ready to begin your fitness journey.

Step 2 - Personalised programs

This will be your Client's area (you can also sign in through this site), where you can log workouts/nutrition, contact us at Go Train Fitness and view all exercise demonstration vids to familiarise yourself with your programs.

Step 3 - Support Group

You will also receive a link to our FB GTF (Go Train Fitness) community page where you will be able to share your journey with all the other clients who are currently working towards their health and fitness goals. Together we can motivate each other to stay on track, share tips and achieve fantastic results.

Step 4 - Accountability

We are notified when you log your workouts and nutrition to help keep you on track, to maintain your accountability and also support you along the way. We will have scheduled checkins where we can make adjustments where necessary to further personalise the process, but we are also available on hand to contact through the apps messenger service ensuring you feel well supported throughout our time training together.
