When Reuben founded Go Train Fitness in 2013, it was as a direct result of things getting out of hand on the road. His physical and mental health had deteriorated, leaving him in hospital, with a stark warning. Change your life, or else.
As Reuben's health improved, he turned his attention to fitness, wanting to make sure that he'd never end up in hospital again if he could avoid it, and as his knowledge and fitness improved, he wondered: 'if I'd had someone to support me with my health and fitness, would I have been able to keep on touring?'
The idea of creating a fitness model specifically designed to help touring musicians was born.
