It’s true that you can’t out train a bad diet. By tracking your food intake we help our clients adopt effective, yet simple habits in regard to food preparation, shopping and incorporating the right variety of nutrient-dense-foods within your diet, helping you feel and look great.

Once we have a clear perspective on your eating habits, we will work together to implement healthy changes.
We share the philosophy that healthy eating can be exciting, educational and must be sustainable. Fad diets and extreme calorie restriction is not our thing.

Step 3 - Calculating

We will formulate a macro nutrition plan, based on your experience, goals, and fitness.

Step 4 - Convenience

We work in partnership with local meal prep companies to offer tailored nutrition prepped and delivered direct to you, saving your energy for training sessions.
