To make sure you get the results you deserve, we will dig deep to find out your motivations, struggles, and ultimate goals, as well as why they are so important to you. Step 2
Personalised Programme
Your personalised programme consists of a fully tailored training plan and customised nutritional guidance. This programme is designed for you by our expert coaches to ensure that you have all the accountability, education, support and guidance you need to fast track results and achieve your health and fitness goals.
Step 3
Onboarding
Once we’ve agreed a coaching programme that’s right for you, you’ll be given access to our online tools and resources, including the GTF app, the GTF online members area where you will find resources on nutrition and exercise technique and where you can log workouts and nutrition data, as well as the GTF Facebook community support page where you will get trainer support and a sense of community.
Step 4
Train!
Once you’re all set up, it’s time to get started! Throughout our time working together, we’ll make sure that you are supported, and challenged! We will be available on messenger if you need to ask any questions or get advice, and we commit to helping you stay accountable.
