OUR BRAND NEW BOXING CLASS

Learn technique, combos, effective defence skills and dramatically improve your fitness and physique. Our boxing classes offer an encouraging, enjoyable and very effective way to get yourself in great shape. 

The classes include HIIT padwork, bag work and light sparring (for those who would like to). Boxing not only improves cardio fitness and gets you looking great but in turn also gives you confidence in the ability to defend yourself. 

With have the perfect mixture of indoor and outdoor space to put on an awesome class. Our classes are with two level 4 personal training coaches with lots of experience in traditional boxing and Muay Thai so you are ensured expert advise.
