By tracking your food intake we help our clients adopt effective, yet simple habits in regard to food preparation, shopping and incorporating the right variety of nutrient-dense-foods within your diet.

I'm not going to tell you that, by tracking your food intake alone we'll somehow transform you into a greek god or goddess; because we all know that's not possible. However what I will say is this: the right tools combined with the proper information, when applied to your daily life, can make a world of difference in how you look and feel.

Step 2 - Assessment

 

Fad diets and extreme calorie restriction are not our thing.

Once we have a clear perspective on your eating habits, we will work together to implement healthy changes. We share the philosophy that healthy eating can be exciting, educational and must be sustainable.

Our nutritional guidance is designed to give you the tools to make better choices on your own. By working one-on-one with a qualified sports nutritionist, you'll learn how to prepare quick, simple, healthy meals. This is not about depriving yourself of food that tastes good or eating processed health foods. It's about making simple changes in the way you eat every day.

A balanced approach, focusing on lean proteins and fresh produce, will help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight while giving your body what it needs to thrive.

We will formulate a macro nutrition plan, based on your experience, goals, and fitness.

 

Step 4 - Convenience

 

We work in partnership with local meal prep companies to offer tailored nutrition prepped and delivered direct to you, saving your energy for training sessions.
