GTF8 - Go Train Fitness

The GTF8 is an 8 Week intensive programme perfect for those looking to strip unwanted body fat, build muscular tone and improve their overall fitness. If you have a date in the calendar (holiday, birthday, wedding etc.), that you want to look great for then this programme will kick you into shape. 

We believe in building sustainability so once you complete our programmes the habit and mindset you've implemented into your lifestyle will give you the momentum and knowledge to maintain or push for your next challenge either with us or on your own.

Your own app

Upon sign-up you will receive a confirmation email congratulating you on your decision to choose the GTF8 program. Within this email there will be a link for you to download your own app, set login details and update measurements/progress pictures (all clients are required to enter these details - we understand that pictures aren’t the most comfortable thing to take at this stage but they are the most motivating when looking back to see how far you’ve come). 

Your app will be your client admin area where you can log workouts, nutrition, message your trainer and track progress. 

Personalised Diet Guide

Based on your lifestyle and diet questionnaire we will gather a detailed overview of your current health and fitness levels; what your goals are and what you're aiming to achieve. 

From there we tweak our program to personalise it to suit you, whether this be through exercise selection or nutritionally we want to ensure the program is tailored so you can achieve your best possible results. 

We work out your calorie goals, educate you on macronutrients and give you the options to choose from our delicious recipes so you can enjoy the foods you eat rather than feel deprived. 

Facebook support group

Along with your confirmation email including your own app and download link, there will also be a link to join our FB community support group (GTF Community). This is a great supportive group for all GTF8 clients to help motivate each other, share tips, ask questions and achieve goals together. 
Everyone is on their own fitness journey but with the support of others we can achieve fantastic results, make new friends and learn some invaluable knowledge to implement into a healthy lifestyle. 

Progress Tracking

Accountability is a huge part of staying on track and making progress, so we offer weekly checkins to discuss any concerns you may be facing with nutrition and/or training. We also understand that theres nothing more motivating than seeing results so we schedule body measurements and progress pictures into your program.

With our interactive app its great to be able to see progression in strength and performance improvements also so by logging workouts you can record a history of all your training sessions from day one so you can see how far you have come.

Is the program for women and men?

Yes there is a women's version also. This tends to be slightly more glute and legs focused.

Will I need a gym membership to do the program?

Ideally yes for weeks 4-8 but it is possible to be done at home with minimum equipment.
