Go Train's Spring Bootcamp - Go Train Fitness


It was myself and Edson's first Spring Bootcamp this last Saturday (27th), and things went great! 

As always everyone who attended put in their maximum effort and we didn't make things easy. We put together a variation of bodyweight strength training, HIIT circuits, core blasting and boxing/conditioning exercises. 

Our Bootcamps are designed to leave our clients feeling like they pushed themselves as hard as they could to ensure they enjoy the satisfaction once they've completed their session. 

The weather is only going to improve as spring is on its way, so come down and get involved!

Monday - 6:00-7:00pm

Thursday - 6:00-7:00pm

Saturday - 11:30-12:30pm

PAY Monthly = £50 per month (12 x bootcamps per month)

Drop-in = £10
